Borgobianco Resort & Spa Polignano - Mgallery Collection, Polignano a Mare

I had a fantastic stay at this resort, which offers beautiful surroundings and exceptional dining experiences. The staff were amazing, making our time truly enjoyable. However, there were moments when the hotel felt overly busy, taking away from the tranquility I expected. Overall, it was a lovely experience that I would recommend for a peaceful getaway.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The peaceful countryside location is wonderful and provided a relaxing retreat, complemented by the consistently excellent service from the friendly staff. However, the busy weekend made the pool area chaotic, and the rooms could use some improvements to truly reflect the hotel's five-star rating.
